KONINKLIJK CONSERVATORIUM DEN HAAG CHOREOCOMP

In 2026, Scott was one of three international choreographers awarded a scholarship to participate in ChoreoComp - Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag (Royal Conservatoire of The Hague).

The Royal Conservatoire is one of Europe’s most prestigious training institutes and a feeder school for Nederlands Dans Theater. Each year, three choreographers are selected from hundreds of applications for ChoreoComp, a program aimed at artists with exceptional potential who are interested in speed-creation with the Conservatoire’s dance and music students. After receiving an artistic assignment in the morning, the three choreographers pair up with a composer to work out a concept and rehearsal direction, finishing with a performance of three new pieces every two days at the Amare.

Scott was mentored by former NDT dancer and choreographer Astrid Boons and Head of Composition Jan van de Putte who provided provocations, advice and supervision during the program. Fees for the course are covered by the Conservatoire.
